You can do this through our chat function by accessing “Profile > Feedback given to users”. By communicating directly, you both can reach an agreement to mutually remove the negative feedback, if deemed appropriate. This approach promotes an amicable and direct resolution of disputes.
Positive Feedback: Once positive feedback has been given, it cannot be removed.
