When does it make sense to report (negative feedback)?

Contact support exclusively to report cases of bullying, sexism, racism, sticker selling.
Reports for situations not considered serious will not be taken into consideration.

A report should be filed only in cases where the user with whom you have conducted a trade has actually exhibited improper behavior, for example:
– Sending stickers different from those agreed upon, for both 1-to-1 and 1-to-many trades.
– Failure to complete a 1-to-many trade.
– Inappropriate language.
– Intimidating behavior.
– Requesting money for stickers.
– Requesting to complete the trade on a different Monopoly GO! account than the one set in the profile.

However, it is recommended to try resolving the situation via chat before leaving negative feedback (which could be reciprocal), as some situations may have occurred due to misunderstandings rather than intentional deception.
