With the blocking feature, you can better manage interactions with other users. Within a proposal, you can block a user by clicking on the Block button. This will prevent future interactions with the user and disable the chat in the current proposal while keeping the proposal active to allow the exchange to be completed and reduce fraud attempts.
You can also block a user by going to Profile > Social, under the Privacy – Blocked Users section, and entering their username.
If you block a user, it will no longer be possible to propose/receive new exchanges, send/receive cards, or engage in any other interaction. If the user was in your friends list, they will be automatically removed.
For blocked users, it will still be possible to communicate in the chat for resolving negative feedback. However, you won’t receive notifications for this chat, unlike chats with non-blocked users.
