This is an issue related to the database that happens in rare cases.
If you have an Android device, we encourage you to trying to clear all app data and then attempt logging in again.
Here’s how:
1. Open Settings.
2. Search for “Apps” or “App Management” (it may also be called “Applications” or “Apps & Notifications”).
3. Select the desired app from the list.
4. Tap “Storage” or “Memory” (some devices combine this option with “Data Usage”).
5. Select “Clear Data” or “Delete Data”.
6. Confirm the action.
If you have an Apple device:
1. Delete/Uninstall Sticker GO!
2. Restart your device. !! important !!
3. Reinstall Sticker GO! and log back into your account.
Additionally, others have reported that simply trying again after a few hours or days often solves the problem automatically.
